The German Australian Business Council is pleased to invite members and friends to a virtual tour with Dr Tania Peitzker, who will share how conversational commerce and AI have come to the fore in IoT (Germany's Industrie 4.0) and the Digital/Experience Economy.

Future-Focused: how 3D avatars are helping to (re)shape the New Normal & Digital Economy- a virtual tour with Dr Tania Peitzker and her AI bot hologram

Tania predicts that Customer Experience (CX) will be the driving force in the new normal where old formulas for retail, financial services, manufacturing and delivering government services must be reshaped to fit citizens' concerns over community health, climate change, quality of life (for the next generation) and the growing support for an international Green New Deal.

She will discuss "CogX trends" in general and how they are solving problems in businesses from adding voice to bank ATMs, public transport ticket machines and food vending machines; to botifying manuals for heavy industry and creating a powerful, Point-of-Sale, infotainment experience in way-finding and destination marketing for Smart Cities. Post-pandemic(s), these Mixed Reality installations have the disruptive capacity to reboot tourism and turbo charge footfall for independent high-street retailers and massive shopping centre owners alike.

Tania Peitzker was born in Cairns, grew up in Queensland, and has an English family farm in Kent near London and a German tech venture headquartered in "Film City" Gruenwald, Munich.  As CEO of AI Bots as a Service UG, Crunchbase has given Adjunct Prof. Dr. Peitzker a #1 ranking for "Top German Companies Founded in the Last Year".

Tania will also be introducing her German AI hologram Birgit Am Bodensee and her Australian alter ego Kylie in Sydney. Kylie wakes up when you ask Birgit to speak English and she will be able to have a conversation with you about Sydney and Australia if you do her poll.

The discussion will be followed by a Q and A.

The session will commence at 10am CEST (Berlin) and is complimentary for GABC Members and Friends.
